Kenneth O’Connor has been involved in Acupuncture for over 18 years. He studied Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture and Chinese Cupping and graduated in 2001 from the College of Medical Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine in Ireland. He continued his clinical experience in the Nanjing University Hospital in China.

Along with TCM Acupuncture, he also practices Balance Method Acupuncture and DNA Acupuncture. He is a registered member of the Acupuncture Council of Ireland, the national professional registry of acupuncturists and Chinese medicine practitioners in Ireland.

Ken is also qualified in both NeuroMuscular Physical Therapy and Orthopaedic Sports Massage. He integrates these therapies, eastern and western, traditional and modern medicine to bring health, happiness and longevity to people in Cork. This has been the philosophy and approach of his practice in Cork city for 18+ years.

Initially it was a “General Practice” clinic but this gradually changed over the years mainly because almost 90% of our clients are women. As a result the practice now specializes in gynaecological problems including fertility, menstrual problems, pre and post pregnancy care and IVF Support along with pain relief management.

At Fertility Acupuncture Cork in the Cork Acupuncture Clinic we can support you throughout all your pregnancy. We frequently treat clients from pre-conception, difficulty in conceiving, or during your IVF journey.  We can also support you in pre and post delivery care.
