TREATMENT COST COVER BY PRIVATE HEALTH INSURERS
Fertility Acupuncture Cork is a member of the ACI and is fully insured. The following health insurance providers recognise our clinic and can cover treatment costs depending your individual insurance plan.
- Deposit & Cancellation (Rescheduling) Policy: Minimum of 48 Hours Notice.
- We require 48 hours notice if you can not attend your appointment.
A deposit system is in place for appointments. This deposit will be deducted from the total price of the treatment you booked. The balance is due at the appointment time. - If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, your deposit will Not be refunded. If you cancel your appointment with at least 48 hours notice, your deposit will be refunded.If you fail to attend or cancel / reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, we reserve the right to offer no further appointments until any outstanding fees are paid. A payment link will be sent to you for immediate payment.
- If you cancel an appointment within 48 hours a 50% cancellation charge applies, if it is within 24 hours a 100% cancellation fee applies. However, we will endeavour to fill the slot if possible.
- If Less than 48 hours notice is given, or in the case of a No Show, then all future appointments will have to be Prepaid at the time of booking.
